Katie Peavy, Main Vocalist

Katie began singing in church when she was 5 years old, along with learning how to play the piano. When she was 20 years old, she taught herself how to play the guitar and joined her first band a couple years later. Katie took a break from music for 16 years to raise her children, and then joined Killer Soundscape in 2020. Katie comes from a musical family, both parents being musicians. Katie has won many karaoke contests and was selected to sing at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in 2012 for a conference she was attending. Mary Chapin Carpenter, Garth Brooks, REO Speedwagon, and Guns N' Roses are big inspirations to Katie.

Lance Duncan, Guitarist

Lance began learning guitar at 12 years old and has continued to grow as a musician. Over the years, Lance was lucky enough to meet and jam with Zakk Wylde, Rudy Sarzo, Lita Ford, Kip Winger, Beaux Foy, Steve Vai, Warren Haynes and other successful musicians. He also had the opportunity to play at the Whiskey a Go Go in early 2012. Lance briefly attended the Musician's Institute in Los Angeles. After taking a break from playing guitar, he joined Killer Soundscape and has been gigging ever since. Jimi Hendrix, Elmore James, and Mike Bloomfield are a few musicians that Lance is inspired by.

Danny Navarro, Bass Guitarist

Danny has been playing in bands since 11 years old. Danny has played with many famous acts over the years, including B.B. King, Ray Charles, Noel Haggard, Semisonic, and many others. Ritchie Valens, the pioneer of "Chicano Rock", has been a huge inspiration to Danny. Part of Ritchie's legacy was starting the movement that allowed Latin flavor into main stream Rock n Roll. Danny's greatest influence was his Father, whom he gets all of his musical taste from. Without his Father and his musical family, Danny feels that he would not be the talented musician that he is today.

Sara Larson, Drummer

Sara has been playing drums since 9 years old and she can play a couple of other instruments as well. At age 15, Sara began filling in and playing with a few different local bands in the Grand Forks area. She was introduced to the other members of Killer Soundscape in 2018 and they have been gigging as a band ever since. Sara took drum lessons while she was in high school, and her teacher Dave Jeffrey inspired her the most. He taught her so much and has influenced her style of drumming. Sara is grateful to him for all that she has learned and continues to grow as a musician.
